NO GROUP CLASSES DURING WINTER SEASON

Group classes are held weekly, canceled if rain, for 45 minutes and are free to all monthly clients.

SATURDAY - 8am
General fitness circuit training.

FRIDAY
6pm - 7pm
Martial arts focused, no prior martial arts experience needed to attend. Workouts will teach striking, throwing, submissions both on the ground and standing, and will include light sparring. Ask about protective gear.
